CURAELLE connects care, operations and evidence from the practice to the hospital to national health.
01The problem
Health information is fragmented. Patient journeys, clinical and operational workflows, revenue and data exchange often sit in separate systems, from the practice to the hospital to national health bodies. Each organisation already relies on its own record, laboratory, imaging, claims and registry systems. The need is to turn that scattered information into coordinated action and measurable progress, with decisions that stay auditable and a person accountable for each one.

CURAELLE is one intelligence layer offered as Practice, for practices and ambulatory care; Hospital, for hospitals and health systems; and National Health, for national health organisations and government entities. The products are built on one governed core but never share a database. Hospital works as an overlay without forcing a full EHR replacement, and comes in separate Private and Public editions with their own data and governance.

07What makes it different
CURAELLE is a layer, not a replacement. It is designed to work with the record, laboratory, imaging and claims systems an organisation already runs. Its products share one core but never a database. Hospital runs as separate Private and Public editions, each with its own data and governance, and deployment can be cloud, hybrid or sovereign.
08Trust and governance
AI assists the work and a person still decides it. CURAELLE is built to be auditable and traceable, with granular permissions, policy enforcement and data sovereignty. Sign-in is by invitation, and authorisation is decided server-side. The public environment uses synthetic data only and claims no customer deployment, certification or live connection to an external AI or service provider.
