01The problem
An athlete's life at an academy is spread across many places: schedules, attendance, coaching notes, assessments, participation state, safeguarding, parent consent, payments and scouting. Some of these are still kept apart. Academies make a development promise to families that nothing in the office can evidence. Because the records concern children, it also matters who may read each piece, and on what authority.
02The system
The operating system for sports academies and athlete development.
KINETENZA is one system for the academy, with role workspaces that show each person only the work their role requires, from owners and coaches to parents, athletes and scouts. At its centre is the Athlete Development Passport: baseline, goals, sessions, observations, evidence and milestones, connected over seasons. It is offered as packages over one platform, covering operations, development, the Passport, scouting, networks and family trust.

07What makes it different
Progress in KINETENZA is a described state with the evidence behind it, never a score or a ranking. There is no public player card, no marketplace, no overall talent score and no league table of children. A child's record opens only through a verified relationship, never through seniority, and no AI decides what a young person can do.
08Trust and governance
Access follows verified relationships: even a platform owner is refused a child's Passport without one. Consent is recorded, scoped and revocable. AI can draft, and a qualified person decides; no talent, clinical or safeguarding decision is made by a model. It makes no certification claims.

It applies the founder's method to children's development: define the real problem, let evidence carry progress rather than scores, keep a responsible person accountable for every decision, and build for daily use by families in their own languages.
